Streamyx Fucks Me In The Head

Seriously i think thats what TMNet’s Steamyx Streamyx is doing to all Malaysians, being the fucking big company that is monopolising the broadband lines, they should at least provide us all with a decent conection, not a connection at best effort, WHAT FUCKING BEST EFFORT? yeah when you all fuckin fat ass sits there and do nothing while i am paying a RM88/1Mb connection and you give worst-than-dial-up connection? There is no one i can call to complain as whoever i call is gonna a total non-helping jerk!

Okay they charge me RM10 reconnection fee when i pay my bill late, so whenever i get a fucking-low speed, can i deduct some fees out of it? Seriously you pay what you get, but in this case here, i am paying for broadband but all i get is a connection so slow that a dial-up can be a lot faster, my dial-up back then used to be 7-8kb but now my “Steamyx Broadband” is giving me 3-4kb … Now what the fuck can i do with that? Open al my mails in text mode? Let youtube videos to load for an hour then come back and view them?

So i believed that every Malaysian who has got a broadband account with TMNet is being “fucked right in the head”, no i think the better term would be “fucked right in the face” and there is nothing much we can do …

FUCK TMNET, FUCK STREAMYX!!!

P/s I am just gonna click the “Publish” button once and not do anything, see when will it ping PPS and how many entries i saved, ealier post got saved twice and being pinged twice…

i’d worked in a survey company before..and i handled surveys on telekom and such..

they just suck..out of 10 points..the people are just giving 1 or 2 markah kesian..

i’m having prob with my connection too..they just suck and fuck and shit right there and then..

Yeah, streamyx really god dam suck’s, worstest broadband provider in Malaysia. I got many bad experiences wv bloody streamyx line, my site & client site not able to load just becoz streamyx routing problem, fucking tm technician… they dunno rout the signer to where, ping package lost 75% to 200%, zzzzz…

Planning switch to jaring broadband, but jaring a bit expensive…

instead of streaming youtube, downloading it is actually faster.. =)

and yea, rm88 =/= 1024kbps. even thai is providing a 2mbps line at a cheaper rate than our own tm.net

unfortunately we cant do anything but just to wait.. tm.net dominated the whole wired telecommunication in malaysia.. if maxis or some other companies would offer REAL broadband at a competitive price, i’d surely leave streamyx. besides that, streamyx has yet to cover the entire selangor.. i have a friend, still waiting for a streamyx line for the past 3 years..

now we only can rely on to the gov to do something about it, which i doubt they will..

Totally agree Streamyx sucks.. i waited streamyx for a few years (cant recall how long coz its really been damn long.. more than 4 years.. i think) Until recently I manage to applied. Guest what, the line is slow. Unstable. Lag. And so many lost packet. Not to mention that the phone cant be use when I m online. Whenever there is a call, the Streamyx got disconnected. (And the modem will reconnect it back) But you can hardly hear what the person speak in the phone with all those noise when streamyx is connected.

Ha! it seems like its normal rite, for Streamyx to be slow, unfriendly customer service which takes forever to talk an operator and the operator os not helping u at all … they just plain sucked!

And Adam from Malacca is the only one getting decent service from TMNutz …

Whenever i browse Europe site, it’s fucking slow and whenever i ping, always got packet lost. connection to international slow like hell.

I’ve to route my connection to Thailand proxy to browse Europe site. and i can tell u thailand connection is far more better and stable than here. What a shame!

i really wonder what the fuck tmnet is doing. change the brand and logo spend few million ringgit. Please la, ur fucking lame name change or not change also the same, might as well put the money to make the service better. ya i think know why they wan to change the name now, they wan to get an excuse to “Leok Shui” take bribe.

i have just activated my streamyx line recently and they asked me to wait for 3 days for the activation…its already day 5 now…all i get is just a blinking LED on the modem…i called many times and all i got was some technician who obviously dont know a shit about streamyx…i guess tiger 911 was right to call himself malu to be a malaysian, i’d better find a hole to stick my head into…

Melaka Malim Jaya here always dc. Anybody also from Melaka? My neighbour’s streamyx also dc everyday, every hour and sometimes cannot connect. Many technicians came but still dc.

Oh yeah~! Fuck them well~! I go back M’sia holiday for 3 days I also need to make a call to our dearest streamyx customer care and get a report number.
And I get to hear my “favourite” music while my internet is down that sounds like “Sorry, all our operators are busy at the moment. Your call is very valuable to us, please hold” and here comes the music part….

I think we should put a memorandum of complaints to the goverment and TMNut.

Why don’t we complaints to the PENGGUNA. There is no use if we just spit out the bad word without doing anything. I think the consumers should be together and unite,then we march a demo to the Menara Telekom. Call the press whoever of us have a connection. We have to be a liitle bit radical about this. I’m sick and tired of what is happening…

Could anyone would like to arrange the demo. May be our complaints will be heard.

Run thru my case,i paid rm49 per month but back in November2007,i didnt even surf for full 60 hrs coz i worked and slept all the time.
Guess what,they return to memy bill stating rm398.40 for the evry month..majibai!!

i complaint but guess what,majibai the operators simply dumping me around the line..”tunggu encik wong”,’’sabar encik wong,tapi ini masalah department lain”,so im fucked up and after 3 days of complaint and complaint,i end up paid it coz no one actually take my case in..

majibai!! problem is while my pain is still there,they pass me another bill stating rm400+,wakao machaojibai!!!
i call and ask for manager,and fuck him up kao kao!!
this time he said.’’sori encik,ini mungkin kesilapan kami’saya akan fix ,jangan risau”..
risau apa,jibai streamyx!!obviously your problem,why shld i wait..

at least they cut the excess but i can never refund the rm398 i paid..jibai tmnut
