Local Councilors Above Law
This is very disturbing, barely two weeks after the news that a local councilor in Klang built a mansion palace in the middle of some low-cost housing estate on a plot of goverment land specially allocated for him - now there is another local councilor who is doing the same thing, and this one Mazlynoor Abdul Latiff in his defense said that, “everyone is doing it, so its not a big matter”. Besides this, his palace was smaller compared to than the one built by Datuk Zakaria Md Deros. Seems that these days in Klang you do need to submit any plans for any “palace” construction. Maybe its some new policy by the local council, like those properties policy - “built first sell later”. But thi is “built first, submit plans later”. But why i may asked, the only reasonable logic is that, its going to be a definite approval.
Now everyone can built first then submit the plans later, even if they come after you, they will only impose a 5 X fine, thats all - but only applies to local councilors, “rakyat” not included. And i wonder whats the business nature of these local councilors, what do they do which enables them to be building palaces. Yeah, Klang itself is a Royal Town, it could be that the local council is promoting that every town in Klang in turn has its own palace. Or its just because your family is close with the MB, and assisted in electing a few of your family members into the local council.
Its said that now, besides the maximum fine imposed on them, get a few bulldozer at the offenders expense and tear them all down, no mercy, bring in the police, bring in the FRU, being in everyone and make sure the “palaces” are torn apart. Its totally absurd to see them go against the law and then punish them by paying a meagre sum of fine.
This is how fucked up it is …

Thats why that day they so afraid the report by ASLI, if no NEP this blood sucker cannot make money liaw. This “huar nar” very stupid if got money to spare no need to show off like that ma. The worst is they built the palace in a lower income group kampung.
If I one of the resident there I also bloody TULAN ma. They must bought the land with very cheap price. The delibrately don’t want to sibmit the plan to the Auhority, if submit sure not approve one. So ‘makan dulu bayar kemudian’. The fine RM24xxx for them just like RM24 la, sap sap sui.
Last night I saw at news this Dtk Zakar use a dirty tactic to do business. he open a restaurant there and ask the authority to tear down the opponent stall (the satay house). The funny thing he built his restaurant without approval while his opponent already got permit and been there since 5 years ago. So this is NEP the rich become richer and the poor become poorer. Emm…. Malaysia memang boleh one
