∞ x Fuck TMNet

FuckkkkkTMNet Streamyx is just plain bad, in fact bad does not justify them, they are just plain fucking terible horibbly bad. Their service is unreliable, its so bad that i wanna fucking hit someone in the face, after a day of slow internet in the office, i am hoping that i can get at elast some decent speed back home with the “Broadband” connection i paid for, and its not cheap mind you, while others in the region are paying the same price for a way better and reliable connection and double the speed on top of that.

But sadly no, they just wanna fuck with you and give you worst-than-dial-up speed, and that not even at constant speed, from 2kB/s to 4kB/s. Thats how bad theyare screwing you and its right in the head. I am getting sick surfing at this speed, i feel sick and nausea…

Is it just me or someone else is getting fucked right in the face too? When is this gonna stop? Give us reliable broadband!!!

Anyone wanna torch down a few TMNet outlet? My broadband experience has never been better …

guess what? today (22/11), all the dial-up is not working at all. tested on few of my client tmnet accounts and all have this same message, username or password invalid. even mine is not accessible but jaring works fine……guess tat tmnet really fucked up this time

Earl i couldn’t agree. Tm net is a fucking R-tard company. Too bad they are the only big boy in the broad band bussiness. U know wht i think, i think they need competition to heighten thier quality. Or else they take us consumers for granted. Why dont some one hear start a new broadband company. Well its just a thought.

P.s. Is it just me or why everytime when it rains my streamxy goes slow like hell. And im paying 88 per month why i get 500 kbps only i should get 1 mbps.

all of you should go to tm clickers and jus sit there. every few minutes sure got one idiot kena tiu kau kau one.

last few weeks my company streamyx line was down for a week and we went there to complaint. there we saw one guy kena tiu by this indian, this indian guy left n tat guy cannot take it liao until he was replaced by his colleague. why kena tiu? cos tat guy kept giving excuse, u know i know wat excuse lah but this indian guy cannot accept it so….tiu lor.

but then, wat to do? it’s their culture lah, if delay is ok then delay lah. if really cannot, divert lor, if divert oso susah then…wat to do, do lor. to me the best way is to write an official complaint directly to managers, sure some idiots will get back to u like wat i did. i mean not telekom lah but others, first time to cc, then another time and lastly, no action, complain to managers. 90% will works…..10% wont work if the manager divert again lah….then cant help

I nearly punched my poor computer monitor yesterday because streamyx kept disconecting every 20 mins during a major DOTA game where we had money on the stakes. It feels like theyre deliberately doing this to me, like their superviors are saying “ok ok wait until he syiok oredi then disconnect, understand?” . Frustrated me like hell until i feel i was acting like the Adam Sandler in Water Boy. BLOODY USELESS.

Dear Mr Chua…why the fuck you flaming at the customer service for??The problem is with the system managment itself and not the staff lamo.And I did noticed some racism going on through out the conversation.I dont think that Indian guy will ever apologized to you and if he had been given a chance to face you….I think he would just beat the hell out of you cause you must understand that its more stressing for him to deal with unsatisfied customer like you and others all day long.And about the $300 modem, :-) its your fault for not being technosavy.I mean who would spend 300 bucks on a modem…and the technician just give you a rough idea on figuring the problem.Beside(like what Kumaran guy said)you dont WASTE ur fucking $300 since its expensive,my guess is that your modem is high quality.Learn to control your fucking emotion because your not the only person stuck in this kinda situation.

Hmm…do you think there is any possibility to gather thousands of Streamyx users to pull the plug on Streamyx? I wish to see such a day…because it’s like a light at the end of the tunnel to me.

Their support sucks, no intergration, no process, no Service Level, no urgency, no matter what you do….you’ll get “IN PROGRESS” but actually NOthing is done. Streamyx….way to GO man….DOWN THE DRAIN.

(1) We have a drastic increase in Streamyx subscriber sine the 2-3 years. Majority paying RM88 amonth.
(2) How much they making every month? And do they provide the quality of services at par at what we pay for? If not, where does these money goes?
(3) TMnet - TM - Telekom Malaysia Berhad - Monopoly Telco in Malaysia - Goverment???
(4) Excuses on P2P, Bittorrent taking up the bandwith? Come on, this is where the world’s at, everyone’s is P2P-ing, BT-ing. It’s just the same as everyone carrying a cell phone nowadays.
(5) Don’t give bullshit 3 yo kids’ excuses, while other country in the region can do but we can’t. Where’s the big voice “BOLEH!!!”? Is it just TCSS?
(6) The big picture, sumthg is not right here, sum favored companies/group of people are getting the benefit from others who pay.
