Spaghetti Sauce From Scratch

I am very proud of myself, I am a very good cook! hahahaha. I woke up and found no one was around, no one around me mean no cooked food waiting for me to chump down. I looked through the fridge and noticed some tomatoes, then it came to me i should whip up something with it. Spaghetti came to my mind. Sauce from scratch and not those canned or bottled stuff k.

This is what i had …

4 tomatoes (not very ripe ones)
half a clove of garlic
some minced meat(i had pork only)
some bay leaves
some oregano
some tomato puree(but i had tomato sauce only)
some salt
olive oil

blend the tomatoes.
and start boiling a pot of water with some salt in it, then put in the spaghetti and boil till “al-dente”.
chopped the garlic(but i just pounced them with a side of a cleaver).
take some garlic and fry the minced meat, i dont like the texture of the minced meat if u put them directly in without a little bit of frying. then remove it, set aside.
put in more olive oil, in goes the garlic, bay leaves and when the garlic goes brown, put in the oregano, then savor the smell.
put in the blended tomatoes and minced pork.
let it simmer, in the meantime your spaghetti should be done, strain and put in some olive oil.

pour sauce over spaghetti, voila!

lucky…i was working on Sunday and had no breakfast coz I woke up late.
