Heading Down to Johor Again

Ok, ever since the last round of donation collection, after coming back to KL i have gotten a lot of emails asking if i am still receiving anything to be brought down to Johor. I have just got a call from Peter(9W2TKC), that him and some fellow members from the Lutherans Church in PJ is going down to Kota Tinggi, this weekend(27th January 2007). So i was hoping that we can get another round of collection and get another batch of stuff to be sent down together with him. But I am not sure if i can follow them down there, or not. If i cannot be following them, money collected will be used to purchase stuff which will be passed to them to be brought down to Kota Tinggi.
Therefore, lets do another round of collection and see what can we get this time for the victims down there. The previosu colelction saw us going down there with gas stoves, matress, blankets, pillows, can foods, diapers, milo, and beehun. Its very much the same affair, the details are as the previous post here. Please post your screenshot of receipt here and i shall add your name to the list.
I shall then use the money to go buy stuff and then sent them down south. An update on the first batch of stuff we brought down was that all are passed out to the families around that Kampung Jawa area, the uniforms we brought to school there and passed out to those who came to school without wearing school uniforms.

babe_kl quoted my post together with boo_licious’s post and i got to know that they are sending a convoy down too, my convoy is delayed to an indefinite date, so i have decided to add another vehicle to their “Buaya 4X4 convoy” and will go along with them to Yong Peng(Sri Medan - to be confirmed). It seems that their HAM member(9W2NKP - Bernard) who’s their contact down south is actually a friend of my friend(9W2TKC - Peter). Such a small small world we live in.
Shopping will be done this Friday, when i have got the list of required items. Will update when i do, this thing will stop on Friday 6PM

Since paypal tarak accept, RM100 from me which I will ask Bryan (my webhost and paypal chettiar) to bank in for you. He is cashing some money for me since last week. But hor…he said only 25/1/07 can get the money.
My church is also doing a donation drive this weekend and the money will be handed to Bishop Paul Tan (hehe, not the auto blogger, ok?) who is in charge of the Catholic churches in the southern region of Malaysia. They will distribute it to people of all races and religions.
