Yeah - Just Call Me
Earlier this week i got this call from Cely asking me to go lunch via sms, not very likely of her. But then as i went down, the blardy car honked me and i soon found out it was Jasonmumbles. And i thought to myself, wah so nice of them to come and find me for lunch …
You know how it is rite, being in the office - so damn cow bored, then someone called you out for lunch … So there is no offer better than any offer like this … and they just had their lunch somewhere else … so nice of them …
Fast forward today, I just got home and decided to go blog-trolling … when i went to Jason’s blog and read on his latest post, KLTrip #6. Guess what i read there?
Since we have no other places to go, we decided to find Earl Ku for lunch at Cheras. We had lunch at Quan Ice Cream & Coffee House, where the food tasted so-so only. They over cooked my beef. -shrugs-
Niama - “wan kau ngor lei seep si kan ar!”
This is a term in Cantonese called “seep si kan” - which means whenever you have some spare time in between appointments which need filling up, its called “see si kan”. Say like you are out and you have this other meeting or appointment or date bout 1 hour later but its not time yet, so what do you do to spend that hour, yah you can calllup friends whos got NBTD(nothing better to do). You call them up, make them feel like you are appreciated and have lunch with them, hence that one hours of yours is not wasted.
So FYI those of you around KL, andif you need someone to fill up that time in-between your meets, you can give me a call - and i will be more than glad to oblige and accompany you for that hours of yours.
