I don’t know bout the rest of the world, but sometimes or most of the time, i would find myself doing something which is so fucking ridiculous. Was going through my stuff and i found my stash of aluminum-can-tabs which i have been collecting for some time now. Now the reason i have been collecting them is actually a very noble cause by itself. I was told once by a friend that by collecting these tabs, i can help some disabled person getting them a prosthetic arms or legs. The aluminum content on the tabs are said to be of purer content and has no paint on it and is very much suitable for recycling and be made into some arms and legs.
Now back to my unprofound dumbfuck’ness, i went and did a search on aluminium can tabs, and guess what - i found out that what i have been stashing for so long is actually a fucking urban legend!
There was a time during my college years, i collected way over a kilo of these stuff, and was duly passed on to a friend to be passed on to some charitable association - now i am not sure if was ever put to good use. The tabs themselves is no different than the whole can itself. I might be well better off collecting the whole can itself.
Now save the whimsical laughs and giggles … and tell me if its really real or its really a fucking urban legend?
Fucking TMNet’s Streamyx is down at the moment, waited for 30mins to speak to their Customer Service and they should have placed some pre-recorded message to inform customers that there is a service interuption, instead of making me wait 30 mins to be told that their service is down. And that dumb agent even told me to set the modem to bridge mode and set up dialer on my comp sooi will get an “Error 678” to verify their server it down, if its down, its down la. Was told that their exchange in Bangsar is down. Dumb fuck!
And then another 30 minutes to their Customer Service to check on how to do a dial-up. And apparently if you have registered for a dial-up account its 1cent per/minute and if you have not registered - you can still use dial-up by dialing 1315 with no username/pass but its 4 cents per/minute.
Its fucking 3rd day of Chinese New Year and Streamyx Broadband is down. Fucking good start to a new year. When asked how long is the down-time going to be, was told a day - a whole fucking day! So as usual, Streamyx is all fucked up again.
Please don’t look forward to any updates any time soon as i am just just dead bored and fucking fed-up with my hosting after the last downtime, a couple weeks ago.
That’s the main reason but its just that i cant find the time to put in anything, i am most occupied by porn downloading and Facebook’ing. And yes i am obsessed with Fight Club.
